Maths and Science

Yesterday the government has decided that maths and science to be thought in Bahasa. As for me knowledge is the most important for any races to be able to compete in this world. The goverment should consider to revert to the old style where we have student sits for either SPM or MCE. In the old days (40years ago) we have two types of school. We have sekolah kebangsaan and sekolah jenis(inggeris) kebangsaan. For student sitting for MCE, all subjects were in English except for Bahasa and Islamic studies. I still remember, in my first year in UTM doing my diploma in mechanical engineering..maths and science were thought in Bahasa. Most of the lecturer were from Indonesia and I had a tough time to get into the system...applied maths, they called it hisab keteraan, differentiate is kerbeda, integration is kamilan..many more!!!!
